Mealworms are another good feeder. These should be fed along with other staple feeders. Mealworms are high in vitamin A and B, and complete with 12 essential amino acids for your reptiles.

Just a little FYI! Please use caution when feeding to smaller, younger reptiles as sometimes mealworms are hard to digest.

Care & Storage: Mealworms should be kept refrigerated (42-50F) to put into dormant state. Can be kept for 30-45 days in this state.
