Shipping is free on orders over $50. Only $6.99 on all other orders. 

We ship to the lower 48. Please check your local laws before ordering. We can not ship Dubia to Florida due to state laws. 

We use USPS for most shipments and all shipments held by post. If you require another shipping service please contact us first and we will try to accommodate your preferred method with associated costs. 

Shipping usually takes from 2-5 days. Please understand once the package leaves us we can not control changes in delivery so we provide the tracking number for you to be able to track the order. 

We want your order to arrive as you hoped but things happen between when they leave our facility and arrive at yours so we guarantee they will arrive at their destination alive. BUT any issues must be reported within an hour so we can be sure that the loss was during shipping and not while waiting to be brought in from the mail. The safest option is to click “Hold at Post” and pick them up from the post office but if it’s more convenient for home delivery make sure you are around whenever they may be delivered.

You should have received an automatic email with the shipping number. Check the spam folder if you don’t see it in the inbox. These delivery dates are estimates so check back regularly to get the most updated expected delivery dates and times.

It depends what you order but we usually use deli cups for smaller orders and insects that like higher humidity and use mesh bags for larger orders and animals that dislike the high humidity like mealworms.
