While there are a number of ways things can go wrong most death is at the end of their journey where they get left in hot mailboxes during the warm season or in winter being left out in the cold, so please request to have it held at the post office or pay attention to delivery and bring in and open the box as soon as it is delivered. We make every attempt to get you a healthy order at a good price so we balance safety with costs.
*Live Arrival within ONE HOUR of delivery. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us right away and we will ask you to send photos and then will come up with a plan to get you a replacement shipment.
*If you contact us within ONE HOUR, we will reship your order if it was DOA. We are sorry but we can not offer refunds once we make a shipment, only replace unacceptable loses.
*While we try to raise bugs as healthy as possible and ship in ways to reduce losses, we have no control over what happens once they leave our hands so we do add extra for "normal losses" so a small number of death is already taken into account.
